Heard Mr. Mali, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Ms. Tavade, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 State Board and learned AGP for the Respondent State.

Mr. Mali, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the entire record in respect of Petitioner's date of birth is 3rd November 2007. He would further submit that the Birth Certificate also shows the same date and even the Birth Certificate issued by the Respondent No.2 - State Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

He would further submit that surprisingly the Sanad/School Examination Certificate however refers the date of birth of the Petitioner as 3rd October 2007. He would submit that an error has been committed by the Board in referring incorrect date of birth of the Petitioner and hence, directions be issued to the Board to correct the record.

Ms. Tavade, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 - State Board would submit that once the student has left the school no corrections should be caused in the record.

List the matter on 22nd January 2026 on the Supplementary Board. 5.
