Date : 10th April, 2026 ORDER :- 1.

This Court, by its initial order dated 20.01.2026, directed the petitioner to provide specimen handwriting in accordance with the Trial Court's directions, clarifying that such compliance would be subject to the final outcome of this petition. However, the petitioner failed to comply with the said order, citing medical ailments.

Subsequently, this Court modified the direction, granting the petitioner one week to produce samples of his previous handwriting.

When confronted regarding compliance, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from ailments which prevented compliance with both the original and the modified orders.

Having noted the petitioner's conduct, I am of the considered view that a litigant seeking the extraordinary discretionary jurisdiction of this Court, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, must comply with judicial directions. Considering the persistent non-compliance, the petitioner is not entitled to any discretionary relief, resultantly, this petition does not warrant further consideration.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
