By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe be decided expeditiously.

Since, the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 11.11.2024 and the petitioner is desirous of appearing for J.E.E. 2026 (Main) examination and needs validity certificate on or before June 2026, we direct the respondent/Tribe Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of five months from today. 4.
