Learned advocate appearing for petitioner points out that auction proceeding is already completed. The sale proceeds are deposited by petitioner with Executing Court. Now, issue as to apportionment of amount will have to be decided by Executing Court in accordance with law considering respective shares of parties. 2.

In that view of matter, writ petition stands disposed of. The Executing Court shall expedite hearing of pending applications for apportionment of amount and endeavour to decide same within a period of six months from today.
