After arguing for some time facing with an opposition that no interim order can be granted in favour of the petitioners, at this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to the petitioners to avail of a statutory remedy as available to the petitioners. 2.

Writ Petition Nos.367 of 2026, 368 of 2026 and 369 of 2026 are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions are left open.
