Ms. Kalyani Mangave, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunals, Pune by iling Secutarisation Application No.582/2025 and the petitioners will ile appropriate application in the said proceeding or fresh proceeding, if advise and, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty as sought. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.

It is clariied that this court has not considered the matter on merits. All the contentions raised in the petition are expressly kept open.

The petitioners are at liberty to ile fresh petition if necessary.
