Mr. Yogesh Sawant, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that relief sought in the writ petition is directing to the Respondents to decide the application dated 20th January 2025 iled by the Petitioner for renewal of certiicate of practice as notary. Learned counsel states that during the pendency of petition, on 10th April 2026, the said application has been decided and the same has been rejected. He submits that the Petitioner is, therefore, seeking withdrawal of writ petition. He states that the Petitioner will challenge the said order dated 10th April 2026 by iling appropriate proceedings including fresh writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of a such with leave as sought.
