By this writ petition the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent - Caste scrutiny committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending since 31.12.2024 expeditiously. 3.

Considering the fact that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since last 1 1⁄2 year. We direct the respondent - Scrutiny committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (4) months from today. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
