The petitioner raises challenge to the communication dated 18.12.2025 and 26.12.2025 issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sangamner and Tahsildar, Sangamner, respectively. 2.
It appears that on 10.12.2025 Sub-Divisional Officer has already passed order imposing fine of Rs.1.00 Lakh against the petitioner under section 48(8)(2) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

Mr. Kharosekar, learned advocate appearing for petitioner submits that, petitioner wishes to file appeal against the said orders. It was never communicated to petitioner before served through reply filed by respondent.

In light of submissions advanced, writ petition stands disposed of with following directions.
O R D E R
i.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 10.12.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sangamner before the Additional Collector alongwith an application for release of the vehicle. If petitioner files such appeal alongwith the application for interim relief, and deposits 25% of amount of the penalty, Additional Collector shall forthwith pass an order releasing vehicle of the petitioner subject to undertaking that he shall re-deposit the vehicle, in case, adverse order is passed in appeal.
ii.
The time consumed in prosecuting present writ petition be considered while counting the limitation.
iii.
Writ Petition stands disposed of.
