Mr. Tanveer Nizam, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed two separate writ petitions vide Writ Petition No.405 of 2026 challenging Tender Notice C.A. No.07/CIDCO/EE(CP)/202526 dated 15th December 2025 and Writ Petition No. 406 of 2026 challenging Tender Notice C.A. No.08/CIDCO/EE(CP)/2025-26 dated 15th December 2025.

In view of filing of these writ petitions, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw Writ Petition No. 161 of 2026.

The prayer is granted. Writ Petition No. 161 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn. All contentions left open.

We would, however, indicate that withdrawal of Writ Petition No.161 of 2026 shall not cause any prejudice to the petitioner while prosecuting Writ Petition Nos.405 and 406 of 2026. 6.
