Heard Mr. Bhavake, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned AGPs for the respondent-State.

As the issue involved in this group of Petitions is identical, the same are being disposed of by this common order. 3.
By the impugned order dated 20th March 2025, the reference filed under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been rejected by the Land Acquisition Officer on the ground of non-payment of Court fees.

Mr. Bhavake, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, states that the said order is passed without issuing any notice to the petitioners. He further submits that the petitioners are ready and willing to pay the Court fees.

Accordingly, as the petitioners are ready to pay the Court fees, the impugned order dated 20th March 2025 is required to be quashed and set aside in the interest of justice and an opportunity is required to be granted to the petitioners to pay the Court fees. 6.
Accordingly, we pass the following order :
::ORDER::
i.
The impugned order dated 20th March 2025 is quashed and set aside.
ii.
The respective petitioners shall pay the Court fees on or before 15th May 2026.
iii. If the Court fees is paid within the said period, the Land Acquisition Officer shall send the reference to the Land
Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in accordance with law.
iv.
The Writ Petitions are disposed of in above terms. v.
No order as to cost.
