Writ Petition Nos.556 of 2026 and 466 of 2026 are not on board. Upon mentioning, those writ petitions are taken on board. 2.

All these matters pertain to the similar issue that the petitioners/colleges, which were declared as HSC Examination Centers by the respondent/Board, have been permanently cancelled as Examination Centers.

In Writ Petition No.06 of 2026, learned Advocate on record has not signed the memo and, therefore, now, after tendering apology, he seeks [4]

accommodation to sign the same. He is allowed to sign the memo forthwith.

Learned Advocate Ms. Surekha P. Mahajan and learned Advocate Mr. U. S. Mote and learned Advocate Mrs. A. S. Rasal waive notice for the respondent/Board in respective matters. Learned Advocate Ms. Surekha Mahajan seeks accommodation to file affidavit-in-reply. 5.

Learned Advocates appearing for the respondent/Board in respective matters are at liberty to take proper instructions and file affidavit-in-reply on or before next date, subject to giving a copy of the same to the other side in advance.

Learned Advocate Ms. Surekha Mahajan makes a statement on behalf of the Board that on 23.01.2026 the practical exams for the HSC Examination would be conducted, but it would be in the respective colleges and the main written exam would be from 10.02.2026. She seeks accommodation till 16.01.2026.

Now, as a last chance, place the matter on 16.01.2026, High on Board.
