Present writ petition can be disposed off by giving directions to expeditiously decide pending Revision Petition before the Additional Chief Secretary, State Excise, Mantralaya, Mumbai.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off. The Additional Chief Secretary, State Excise, Mantralaya, Mumbai shall endeavour to expeditiously decide pending Revision Petition filed by petitioner on 2.11.2025 and, in any case, within a period of six (6) months from today. If
