44-46-WP-459-2026 (C).doc 2.
It is informed that the issue has travelled to the National Commission, wherein the order granting interim relief are rendered by the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, New Delhi, in Revision Petition Nos.948 of 2019, 949 of 2019 and 968 of 2019, and the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that those orders are still in vogue. In spite of the same, the Tahsildar has issued notice dated 20th November, 2025 and even thereafter on 23rd and 26th December, 2025, it has been directed to determine the Government valuation of the property. 3.
It was open for the Petitioner to bring to the notice of the Tahsildar that the matter is sub judice before the Competent Forum, wherein the orders as stated herein above are in force. Instead of offering an explanation to that effect, the present Petitions are presented. 4.
In that view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that the Writ Petitions do not warrant any consideration, this will not preclude the Petitioner from taking recourse which is available to the Petitioner. 5.
In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
6.
In view of the disposal of Writ Petitions, Interim Applications do not survive and stands disposed of.
