By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe pending since 27.10.2025 be decided expeditiously. 3.

Considering the fact that petitioner is prosecuting study and has been admitted in respondent No.3/College and apprehends cancellation of admission, we direct the respondent/Tribe Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today. 4.

Needless to state that, till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided, the respondent No.3/College shall allow the petitioner to attend the classes.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 6.
