Present petition has been filed for following relief :- "A) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent No. 1 the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nanded may be directed to declare final results of the enquiry No. 1053/2017 forthwith and for that purpose necessary orders be issued."

Learned AGP seeks accommodation for taking instructions from respondent No.1.

It appears that Enquiry No. 1053/2017 is pending before respondent No.1. We have perused the roznama. Though in the recent years it appears that parties are absent, but their Advocates were present. The Advocates appear to have not insisted that the matter should be heard. If both the Advocates cooperate with the Court, 931-WP-467-2026.odt

definitely the Court is bound to take the matter, but if the insistence is not shown, then the matter may get prolonged. Though the enquiry is pending since 2017 and, therefore, there are directions from this Court for expeditious disposal of such cases. We hope and trust that the concerned Court will adhere to the instructions on the administrative side. No necessity to make the case time bound for disposal. 4.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
