Mr. Choudhari, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners submits that they have an apprehension of execution of order under challenge. He would point out that panchanama itself refers to the existence of an alternate way available to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to approach their field.

In that view of matter, till the returnable date, execution and implementation of impugned order dated 07.12.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Omerga and order dated 21.07.2025 passed by Naib Tahasildar, Omerga be kept in abeyance.
