Grievance of the Petitioner is that proposal seeking approval to the Petitioner-employee is pending with the Education Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur. He would submit that directions may be given to the Education Oicer to decide the said proposal within a time-bound manner.

Learned AGP states that Education Oicer shall decide the said proposal on its own merits.

In view of this, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Education Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the approval proposal iled by the Petitioners within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Proposal shall be decided on its Patil-SR 1 of

928 wp-480-2026(c).doc own merits and if necessary the Petitioners shall be given an opportunity of hearing and also an opportunity to remove deiciencies, if any, in the proposal. All contentions are kept open. 4.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
