The learned counsel for the Respondent No.4 - AICTE has sought modification of the order dated 12 January 2026. She states that in paragraph 2 of the said order the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner has been recorded that without AICTE having finalized the Perspective Plans for, inter alia, programmes at Serial No.1 of the said public notice dated 26 November 2025, the Respondent No.2 - Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, has proceeded to reject the application of the Petitioner vide order dated 6 January 2026. 2 4-WP-494-2026 (C).doc that AICTE does not prepare the Perspective Plans but the University prepares it.

The above submission has been supported by the Petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent No.1 - State. Accordingly, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the said order dated 12 January 2025 are modified as above.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent No.1 - State has stated that the Respondent No.2 - University has prepared Perspective Plan which has been submitted to the Respondent No.1 - State. He sought time to put this on affidavit and give an outer limit when the Perspective Plan will be finalised.

The Respondent No.1 - State shall file affidavit-in-reply within a period of two weeks from today. The Respondent No.2 - University shall also file their affidavit-in-reply within a period of two weeks from today. The Petitioner is at liberty to file affidavit in response thereto within a period of one week thereafter.
