The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 - University has also sought further time to file Affidavit in Reply regarding the outer limit when the prospective plan will be finalized. 3.

The Respondent No.1 - State and Respondent No.2 - University shall file their Affidavits in Reply to the Writ Petition within a period of one week from today by extending the time. 4.

The Writ Petition shall be placed for consideration on 16th March, 2026, high on board.
