By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is pending adjudication since 31.07.2013, and therefore, the same may be directed to be expedited. 3.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2013, we direct the respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as
