The petitioner's grievance is that despite an order passed in his favour by the Grievance Committee, the concerned college/institution has not taken any action. Therefore, the petitioner has approached the University by filing a grievance and has sought directions to the University to consider the grievance adn

The learned Advocate for the respondent-University makes a statement before this Court that the petitioner's grievance shall be decided on its own merits within a period of four weeks from today.
