The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 29.12.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner-2, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, whereby stay application filed by Petitioners in Revision Application No.408 of 2025 has been rejected. 2.

Learned Advocate for Petitioners submits that during pendency of this Petition, Revision Application No.408 of 2025 has been dismissed on merits. However, Petitioners have filed Review Application before the same authority.

During pendency of Review Application, Additional Commissioner has directed the parties to maintain status quo as regards

-2- 153-WP-533-2026 to mutation entry. In that view of matter, grievance raised in Writ Petition does not survive, hence, Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
