The petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner of belonging to Muslim-Chhaparband (V.J.) category pending with the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee since 04.06.2025 be decided expeditiously.

Since, the petitioner is prosecuting studies and has been admitted with respondent No.4/College and apprehends the cancellation of admission, we direct the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of five months from today. 4.

Till the caste claim of the petitioner is decided, the respondent No.4/College shall allow the petitioner to attend the classes.
