The petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe pending with the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee since 13.05.2025 be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Since, the petitioner is preparing for NEET 2026 examination and desirous of taking admission for higher course, we direct the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case by the end of June 2026.
