Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 informs that the said proposal has already been decided and she tenders the decision dated 14.01.2026, which is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X'.

In the light of the aforesaid decision, the petition has become infructuous. Hence, petition stands disposed of as infructuous. 5.

Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law to challenge the decision.
