Mr. Kapse, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions of the Petitioners, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. He submits that in the pending Suit bearing Special Civil Suit No.68 of 2022 before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ichalkaranji, appropriate contentions will be raised and, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
