The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue is no longer res integra in light of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 46343 of 2013 dated 22.08.2024 and orders passed thereafter. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the application presented by the petitioners seeking renewal of the license for the period effective from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027.
