The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a prayer that this Court may consider directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) to consider an interim application said to have been filed in Securitization Application No. 323 of 2024 urgently as there is a threat to the possession of the petitioners.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The DRT is directed to consider the interim application said to have been filed by the petitioners in Securitization Application No. 323 of 2024, on its own merits, on the next date of listing of the said Securitization Application.
