Heard Mr. Khatke, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Shivaa, learned counsel for respondent nos. 5 and 6, and Mr. Mali and Mr. Kadam, learned AGPs for the respondents-State. 2.

Petitioner by this petition made limited prayer, which reads as under :

(b) By a suitable Writ, Order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4-Deputy Director to accept the proposal dated 15-9-2025 seeking individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner in partial aided part time post of Shikshan Sevak with effect from 22-7-2025 at the Respondent No.6adn

37-WP-660-2026 Junior College within stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and accordingly, grant individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner.

In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that she being appointed on 21st July 2025 and proposal is pending since 15th September 2025, Deputy Director of Education ought to have take decision by accepting the proposal in either way in the matter. 4.

In view of the above, the Deputy Director of Education is directed to accept the proposal, if same is submitted within a period of one week from today, and decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
