Learned Advocate for Petitioners submits that impugned notice for execution of arbitration award has been issued in name of Late Shrikrushna Sahebrao Hole, who expired on 11.08.2024, therefore, such notice is invalid.

In light of submission advanced, issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 10th February, 2026.

The petitioner is at liberty to serve respondents by way any legally permissible mode of service apart from Court service and to place on record service affidavit before next date.
