In compliance with the direction issued by this Court in the order dated 14.01.2026, the Assistant Registrar, National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT), has submitted a report along with certain documents. It was received in a sealed cover. We have perused the said report forwarded along with a letter dated 17.02.2026.

Considering the contents of the said report and the documents filed therewith and in the light of the fact that the learned counsel for the parties will have to be given an opportunity to make submissions in the context of the said report, particularly in the light of the law laid down by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

907_WP_685_26.doc Bank of Baroda vs. Union of India and another, (2024) SCC OnLine Bom 3964, in the context of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, we deem it appropriate to direct that copies shall be made available to the parties i.e. the petitioner and respondent No.1bank, so that the parties can be heard on the question as to whether ad-interim relief can be continued and/or the petition can be entertained.

The registry is directed to make available copies of the aforesaid report and documents submitted by the Assistant Registrar, NCLT, at the cost of the parties within one week from today. 4.
List the interim application along with the writ petition, for further consideration on 12.03.2026, to be included in the supplementary list.
