In this petition, on 5th March 2026, while directing listing of the petition today for further consideration, we had specifically directed to include it in the supplementary list. Yet, the petition is listed in the main list at serial No.93. The direction issued by this Court has not been complied with by the Registry. 2.

The Registry is directed to be careful in future and ensure that such directions are complied with, as there is urgency in such matters.

We were inclined to list this petition for consideration at 3:00 p.m. today, when the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an opportunity may be granted to file an additional

bipin prithiani 93-wp-685.26.doc affidavit, in the light of copy of report of the Assistant Registrar of National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai being received yesterday evening. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1-bank also submits that an additional affidavit can be placed on record.

In view of the above, the petitioners as well as respondent No.1-bank are permitted to file additional affidavits on or before 18th March 2026.

List the petition for further consideration on 24th March 2026, to be included in the supplementary list. 6.
