We are informed that in terms of order dated 30.01.2026, possession of the subject secured asset has been handed over to the petitioner. The direction issued by this Court has been complied with. 2.

We also note that Mr. Vilas Rane, Senior Police Inspector, N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station, is personally present in this Court. We find that he has supervised the action of providing police assistance to the Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

901_WP_688_26.doc petitioner in successfully obtaining possession of the secured asset, in terms of the order passed by the competent Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

As the directions have been complied with, nothing survives in this petition.

Today, the learned counsel representing respondent No.3original borrower, has tendered a reply affidavit. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
