This Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 or any officer subordinate to his office, before whom the representations of the Petitioner dated 16.04.2025 and 25.04.2025 in respect of renewal of permit to run and removal of seal of Kattha factory (Black Cutch wood) or Kattha bioler at Pendur Tal: Vengurla, District Sindhudurg is pending.

The representations of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order on its own merits after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. 3.
