By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe, which is pending since 04.02.2025, be directed to be decided expeditiously. Since the petitioner is desirous to prosecute his higher education and needs caste validity certificate on or before 30.06.2025, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.06.2026.
