By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe, which is pending since 24.03.2025, be directed to be decided expeditiously. Since the petitioner is desirous to appear for NEET examination and needs caste validity certificate, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today.
