Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP for State.

The petitioner has stated that the petitioner is a victim of a criminal offence lodged vide First Information Report No.5 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64(2) (i), 64(2)(m), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The petitioner has stated that as on today the petitioner is carrying pregnancy of 24 weeks and 6 days.

Taking into consideration the facts, we direct respondent No.4, the Dean, Government Medical College, Jalgaon to constitute a Medical Board and examine the petitioner - victim and submit the report, as to whether it will be medically appropriate to terminate the pregnancy of the petitioner - victim, at this stage. The report to be submitted with this Court on or before 23rd January 2026. The petitioner to appear before the Medical Board, tomorrow i.e. 21st January 2026 at 10.00 a.m. 3.
