In the present case, the Petitioners have restricted their prayer to the extent that the Chief Executive Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Satara should decide their pending representation in a time bound manner. 5.
In view of the restricted prayer made by the Petitioners, Respondent No.4-Chief Executive Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Satara is directed to decide the Petitioners' representation within a period of 4 months.
6.
It is made clear that the Petitioners shall be granted an opportunity of hearing while deciding their representation, and after granting such opportunity, the same shall be decided on its own merits. 7.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs.
