By consent of the parties, list these Petitions, at the stage at which they are, on 9th March, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.

In matters wherein interim orders have been passed, the said interim orders would continue till the next date. In matters where no interim orders have been passed, these Petitioners would be subjected to medical examination. However, by way of ad-interim relief, we direct that, based on the medical examination, the respective Employer/Respondents would not take any decision or action with regard to any Petitioner, without the leave of the Court.

Considering the heat generated between the learned Advocates for the parties during the hearing of these matters today, the hearing in these matters would commence at 4:30 p.m. on 9th March, 2026, and the learned Advocates are requested to conclude their oral submissions in 4 and half hours. 4.

Let the parties tender their written notes of submissions along with relevant case law, duly indexed and paginated. 5.

The learned Addl. GP submits that a praecipe would be moved on behalf of the State before Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the

Bombay High Court seeking clubbing of all matters pending before the Nagpur Bench, Aurangabad Bench and Kolhapur Circuit Bench, to be placed before the Principal Seat, for hearing. 6.

The learned Senior Advocate Mr. Pakale has graciously submitted that even the Petitioners are willing to give their consent for clubbing of all these matters, as he represents several Petitioners before the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur.

Whoever desires to file a reply in these matters shall do so, on or before 4th March, 2026.
