The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "B.

By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the Respondent No.3-Education Officer (S), Zilla Parishad, Nanded may please be directed to forthwith decide the proposal dated 27.06.2022 and to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher on no grant basis w.e.f. 13.06.2022 and to grant permanent approval in regular pay scale within a stipulated period."

Heard the learned advocate Mr. Rohit Kharat holding for learned advocate Mr. V.S. Panpatte for the petitioner. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No. 1 to 3. 3.

Learned AGP places on record a copy of the communication dated 10.10.2022, which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X',

927-WP-842-26.odt {2} whereby the proposal dated 27.06.2022 in respect of the petitioner was rejected. Under these circumstances and in view of Exhibit 'X', the present petition has become redundant. If any fresh cause of action has arisen, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
