Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.3Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded to decide the proposal dated 27.04.2021 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher on no grant basis w.e.f. 26.04.2021 and to grant permanent approval from 26.04.2023 in regular pay scale. 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No.1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No.3, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal dated 27.04.2021 within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
