An innocuous relief is claimed in this petition by the petitioner - decree holder for direction of expeditious disposal of Execution Petition No.6 of 2011, pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jaysingpur.

The petitioner is armed with decree which is confirmed upto High Court and he is soliciting its execution vide Execution Petition No.6 of Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

45-WP-845-2026=.doc 2011. There is no impediment in directing the Executing Court to expeditiously conclude the proceedings.

The Execution Petition No.6 of 2011 shall be concluded expeditiously as early as possible and in any case, within a period of eight
