Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No. 3 - Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded to decide the proposal dated 19.05.2022 and to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher on no grant basis w.e.f., 27.04.2022 and to grant permanent approval in regular pay scale within a stipulated period. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No. 3, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of one month from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking.
