Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 05.09.2023 and grand approval to the appointment of petitioner as Assistant Teacher. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and submits that though there is an endorsement of inward of the office of respondent No.3 on proposal dated 04.09.2023, the office record shows that the same has not been received.

920_WP_848_2026 Without going into further details and even waiting for the notices to be served on respondent Nos.4 and 5, we direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 to file fresh proposal in respect of present petitioner with the office of respondent No.3 within a period of 15 days from today and after receipt of said proposal respondent No.3 should decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
