Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.3Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the proposal dated 01.08.2022 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher on no grant basis with effect from 01.08.2022 and to grant permanent approval in regular pay scale within a stipulated period 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No.1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No.3, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of four (4) weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal dated 01.08.2022 within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
