The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he has been instructed by the Petitioner that the impugned order has already been assailed before the State Authorities Respondent No.1. Therefore, the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition so as to pursue the said remedy. An Application for interim relief has been filed. The Petitioner apprehends demolition and submits that the demolition has still not taken place.

In view of the above, we would expect the Appellate Authority to decide the Application for interim relief filed by the Petitioner, on its own merits, expeditiously so as to ensure that Vina Khadpe

With the above directions, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

Needless to state that, we have not dealt with this Petition on its merits as the Petitioner desires to withdraw the Petition, and all contentions are kept open before the Appellate authority.
