Heard Mr. Mule, learned Advocate for the Petitioners. 2.

Our attention is drawn to the order dated 4th July 2025 passed by the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad in the case of Dr. Ayesh Samar Sheikh Ateeque Ahmed & Ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Anr. in Civil Writ Petition No.7975 of 2025. The copy of the judgment is placed on record as Annex B (Page 28 -34).

The contention of the Petitioners is that they are similarly situated adn 1 of

29-WP-878-2026 students and are seeking the same relief in the present Writ Petition, i.e., directions to deciding pending representation on the file of Respondent No.3 on its own merits.

Accordingly, we direct Respondent No.3 - Dean, Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College, Solapur to decide the representation of the Petitioners dated 24th November 2025 within a period of six weeks from today.

It is further clarified that while deciding the representation, an opportunity of hearing be given to the Petitioners and after hearing the parties, Respondent No.3 shall pass an appropriate order with cogent reasons.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

It is further clarified that Respondent No.3 shall return the documents and issue the necessary certificate after deciding the representation on it's own merits.
