Although various reliefs are sought in these writ petitions regarding illegal and unauthorised construction carried out by the Patil-SR 1 of

902 wp-896-2026(c).doc Respondent No.5, Mr. Aradhye, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the representations dated 29th December 2025 iled by the Petitioner with Respondent No.4-the Chief Oicer, Akkalkot Municipal Council, taluka Madha, district : Solapur may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

As a very limited prayer is pressed, notice is not issued to the Respondent Nos.4 and 5.

Accordingly, Respondent No.4-the Chief Oicer, Akkalkot Municipal Council, taluka : Madha, district : Solapur is directed to decide the Petitioner's representations dated 29th December 2025 (Exhibit- "E" at page 26 to the petitions), expeditiously and preferably on or before 30th April 2026.

It is clariied that this Court has not considered merits of the matters and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 6.

Writ petitions are disposed of with above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
