As against the order dated 20th June 2025 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune in respect of the disqualiication of present Petitioner, a revision application has been iled under Section 39(1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act by the present Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that revision application is pending before the Respondent No.1, inal arguments were advanced by the parties and the matter is reserved for orders since October 2025. He would submit that necessary directions be given to Respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the revision application.

Mr. Kalel, learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that necessary orders on the revision application shall be passed within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of this, writ petition stands disposed of. Respondent No. 1 shall pass appropriate orders on Petitioner's revision application within a period of four weeks from today.
